Booked on line and received quote, received text messages to confirm booking and acknowledged all coms, even on morning of booking.... When i arrived no booking, advised that i had not responded to phantom call to confirm appointment for 5th time.... Then advised price was too low abd requoted 3x original price... Very poor service and poor mentality. I was charged £120 without being informed or giving approval beforehand. I never asked for an MOT, yet it was carried out anyway. I was also told additional parts would be needed and only later informed of extra charges, with no clear communication upfront.
I was told the MOT would be completed the next day and updated online, which never happened. What made this worse is that after I left an honest review, the owner went onto my own website and posted an unrelated negative review about my business. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

I’ve been coming to this place since November when I first brought my partner’s car in for a service, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Every time I’ve had an issue with any of my cars, they’ve sorted it quickly and without any hassle.

I have had the worse experience in the past using garages and had issues finding the correct one for a very long time. However, ever since I spoke to Kay from Southall Autos and Tyres he’s made the whole process so easy and helpful. From start to finish the process was done professionally, on time and most importantly honestly. I accepted a repair quote through Whocanfixmycar, and choosing this garage was the worst decision of my life.
My car was in their custody from 4 January to 13 January 2026. During this time, I was repeatedly told the vehicle was “not drivable” and waiting for parts. I did not have possession of the car and did not authorise it to be driven on public roads.
Despite this, I later received two ULEZ penalty charge notices for dates when the garage still had my vehicle. This directly contradicts their claim that the car was not drivable.
When I challenged them, the garage denied everything and tried to shift blame by claiming my number plates may have been cloned. They advised me to contact the police, which I did. However, when Transport for London requested evidence, the garage completely stopped responding.
If the vehicle truly was not drivable, it should not have been triggering ULEZ cameras. The only logical conclusion is that the car was driven while in their care, or I was deliberately misled about its condition.
Their refusal to cooperate afterward only makes this look worse — no transparency, no accountability, and no honesty. Before cutting off communication, they even tried to discourage me from leaving an honest review, sending messages about “karma” instead of taking responsibility.
I paid this garage over £800 for work I am now not even sure was necessary, as the vehicle was clearly being driven. On top of that, I am now facing over £180 in penalty charges because of their dishonesty. Honest, hardworking people should not have to worry about karma — lying and dishonest people should.
Instead of worrying about how my review might affect their reputation, this garage should focus on being honest, taking responsibility, and covering the charges they caused by using my vehicle without permission.

The steering column was replaced in October 2025. At the end of January 2026 (4 months later), the steering column failed again, and the clunking sound from before the repair returned. I contacted and messaged this company about this situation, but received no response, and it doesn't look like I will.

Good experience at this garage used their service for the first time had some issues diagnosing the cars issue had some work carried out but still had a light coming up and going into limp mode. I visited this garage today as I had a noise coming from the nearside front wheel which sounded like a squeaky old bed lol, and from the moment I arrived at the garage I was taken care of. The service I received was just outstanding. They said they could repair it there and then, and they did it all in under 2 hours from me arriving, even the price was great.
